Neal Layton joins the Natgraph team
Natgraph has boosted its team with the appointment of a Continuous Improvement Manager.
Neal Layton joins the company with significant senior management experience across various manufacturing industries. He will be targeting waste across the entire Natgraph value chain with the involvement of all within the business. Having achieved success through the introduction of contemporary improvement techniques previously Neal is eager to assist in any area he can.
His key responsibilities at Natgraph are to deliver a strategic business improvement plan focusing on developing efficiencies and improved business returns. He will also be central to a programme of organisational improvements.
Neal is currently overseeing a £250,000 realignment of the Natgraph factory. This includes new equipment investment to improve efficiency and throughput, and the creation of two new production offices.
